Food from Austria: Tiroler Grösl

One of the countries in Europe that Ive learned to love is Austria an because of this I worked there for some months , specifically in Klosterneuburg in Lower Austria and spent Weekends with my friend who resides in Vienna. Ive learned, too how to cook one of the easiest traditional Food the Country has the offer, the Tiroler Grösl.

Tiroler Grösl is made of slices of fried potatoes, sunny side up eggs topped with freshly crispy fried Bacons. The dish is easy to prepare, simple and yet appetizing. I cook this meal to enjoy a brunch over the Weekends. You can never go wrong serving Tiroler Grösl. Try it
